How Long have You been Singing: for 23 years, since I was 8 years old
What's your sign: Virgo
Favorite moment while performing: I was invited to sing the National Anthem for a televised Dolphins/Buffalo Bills NFL game when I was 9 years old. I didn't realize how big of a deal that was at the time until I got out on the field which was moments before I was supposed to sing. That's when my nerves started to kick in. They announced my name over the big speakers and crowd became very silent. I began singing the Star-spangled Banner and so far everything was going smooth even with the 6 second delay on my microphone which made it all that much more difficult for a nine year old. When I got to the part of the song "and the land of the free" and sang the high note, the crowd started screaming and cheering to the point where I started getting choked up. I held it together just enough to finish the last part of the song and then the crowd went crazy and gave me a standing ovation. I started tearing up and looked back at my dad and he gave me the biggest smile that I could never forget.
Favorite Salad Dressing: Caesar and honey mustard
Favorite Cheese: Mozzarella in any form
How you got your start singing: My parents took me to an open call audition for Annie which was being produced at the Royal Palm Dinner in Boca Raton, FL. I was 8 years old and had never been to an audition before. Because I was too young to play the role of Annie and I had red hair, my parents didn't think I would land the part of Annie or any of the other orphans. To their surprise, I got a call back to read and sing for the role of Annie. Then a few days later, I got the call to be Annie. I've been singing professionally ever since
Favorite Mix'd Co. Chart: "Seasons of Love" I've been a fan of "Rent" for such a long time. That's when I began following Idina Menzel's career who has been a musical inspiration of mine for years.
